1980's tech Flight Simulator, mid 2000's I had this thing up, running & calibrated and we used it in the flight school for IFR & multi training. Over several years one of the tach & one of the fuel flow needles failed & I just didn't have time to get it all fixed. Hasn't been operated in probably 10 years.
If you're going to get this thing running again you need to be familiar with analog electronics and 4000 & 74LS series logic chips - if the picture of one of the schematics shown below intimidates you then this ain't a project you want to mess with.
Includes circuit board extender with really helps with calibration, complete set of schematics & approach plates & EEPROM for LA, NE & I think also Phoenix area. There's a mechanical plotter that I never attempted to use & also an RS232 plotter interface from Montreal Aero that I installed & we did use to plot student flights on an attached PC.
Does come with force feedback on the rudder pedals so if the instructor kills an engine you have to apply leg pressure to keep it flying straight.
There's a guy with a blog who's restoring one of these:-
