Removed 6 Continental IO-520 Cylinders with 1080 TT (They are off a factory reman). Compression at last annual in the high 50's and low 60's. Loss of compression in the exhaust valve. Downtime was too long for overhaul of cylinders so I purchased another set and selling mine. Cylinders come with rocker shafts, Rocker covers, pistons and rings (all kept in order for reuse if desired) Cylinders round and true and cross hatch still visible (oil usage was less than 1qt in 25 -30 hours). Rick has a keen eye! Engine installed 12/04. If I had seen these before I would have waited for the repairs.

want to add that 2 of the exhaust studs are broken and all show signs of rust so Anyone should plan on replacing all exhaust studs.
