This headset WAS working on the last flight until it fell victim to the dreaded plastic ear cup crack (see photos) and is no longer suitable to use without repair. That being said, I believe you can still trade these in under the Bose "Upgrade" program for a $300 credit toward the purchase of a new A20 as spelled out on the Bose Website here - https://boseaviation.com/promotions/headset-x-trade-in/

Price is $200 Shipped to the lower 48.

In case you want to keep them, those stirrups are readily available for $40 or $50 (they ate 3d printed)
