Normally, we ship a locked, waterproof, Apple Air tag tracked Pelican case to the customer who then returns it back to us empty after 2 round trips. For the same cost, we will let you keep a case which we will special order for your project. It will come with the locks and Apple AirTag you need to know your logbooks are secure.

Our Service:

• Complete in house scanning of your logbooks and associated documents. Stapled items are carefully removed, the item is scanned front/back, as well as what was underneath before stapling it back.

• Digital Document Organization of all of the files we scanned. Quickly and easily find every 8130, 337, STC, ICAs, Weight and Balance, Yellow Tags, and more. Everything is searchable using advanced OCR.

• Hand type your maintenance records for unprecedented searchability where it matters most

• Using your most recent AD Compliance Report, we will set up a maintenance tracking profile unique to your tail number and alert you to any discrepancies we find. This will include ADs, FARs, Oil changes/OEM items, ICAs, and more.

Pricing: Typical pricing for Bonanzas is $1,699.95 upfront followed by $749.95/year. For Barons, expect closer to $1,999.95 upfront and $849.95/year. These prices are inclusive of round trip secure shipment of your logbooks in your brand new Pelican case!
