I looked into using it on my IO-470N and there is no approval for it. The STC for this is SA8922SW. FAA site shows it as active, but I know Capeart Industries is long gone. My recollection is that it is only approved for IO-5X0 engines. I got it with a bunch of parts I bought from someone cleaning out their hangar.
