Yes, I spoke with Bose and they do not repair the A10's any longer. They want you to trade them in on a new A20. It's not a bad deal if that is what you want, however I have the time and the ability (I think anyway) to fix my existing headset and make it available for passengers. Anyway, I thought it was worth asking if someone had an old set laying around somewhere. If not I will glue and tape the one I have. :-)
