Had to put a price , I am willing to trade AA48109 tempest (For late model Bonanza) for AA48110 or equivalent I will cover shipping on my end , These filters were just delivered last week , so they are new , not old stock... Alan 856 419 5209

Agonizing over paying 125.00 dollars plus 25 for shipping on Ebay for a Champion 48110-1 oil filter, had two but had to trash one due to double cylinder change and will need to pull the one off in 25 hours after break-in. Ask the Champion folks at Oshkosh when they were going to have stock and in a very smart ass way was told maybe October :grr:

Might be a good time to get into the oil filter business. Sorry for the rant.

Well, at least you didn’t buy from that Ahole in Carlsbad, Ca who has 10 for sale on eBay for $299 per filter.

I have 4 Champion CH48109-1 filters new in box if that helps someone. I’ve had them for a while. Do not fit anything I have now.

I’d like to trade for some short ones that would fit my IO550. Have to look up that number.

Don’t know if this could help someone.

Chuck, I use 48109s on my Texas Skyway A convert to F 550. Tight fit and always makes a mess.
