For sale is a gently used IFD540. This unit was newly purchased in '19 by another BT'er who had it in his 58 Baron for one year. He upgraded to an IFD550 I bought it last year for installation into my newly acquired T-Bone. I've decided to sell my T-Bone so it is now available.
These are fantastic units. I have one in my Travel Air and it's a joy to fly behind. I just don't need two.
Included in the sale in original packaging...
One Avidyne IFD 540
One new in box mounting tray
One unopened install kit
One BT keyboard
One RAMI Waas antenna
The new pricelist shows the IFD540 at $20,000. I just confirmed this on the phone with Avidyne.
