I have a 24 volt Hartzell 646275-1R (Energizer) starter that came off a freshly overhauled engine, where the customer elected to keep his Skytec ST5 starter.

So the starter has test cell time only on it. It's been on my spare parts shelf for a year, and it needs a new home.
