I'm going to take a mildly educated guess here: These are T-34 boots. The part numbers are interchangeable between the early 35s the T-34, but the text description matches the application in the T-34.
Either way, they're the same part, and Shep's research still applies.

ps, the date on the packaging is also a clue - that's very contemporary to the T-34.
