I have some 55 amp InterAv alternators for sale. The most common ones are 50 amp, but I have the 55 amp versions, which are more desirable due to the better stators. The 50 amp and 55 amp versions are interchangeable. Commonly found on Aztecs, Twin Comanches, Travel Airs as a generator to alternator conversions. Also on Beech 23 series, and 35 series with O and IO-470 engines
1-Two 55 amp alternators, with mounting brackets. Less than 1100 hours since new, and they have fresh 500 hour inspections, with new bearings and brushes installed. $400 each. These are great working alternators, I removed them only to install 100 amp units to power an electric a/c system. Removed from O-540 Lycomings, comes with all brackets to mount on any Lycoming. .
2-One NOS Interav 50 amp alternator. Test run on my alternator test bench only to confirm function. Been in a box for 20 years. $400.
3- One 2015 vintage TANIS engine pre-heater for six cylinder engines. Has two hot pads, one for the oil pan, and one for the top of the case. Plus six bolt type heaters, one for each cylinder head, through the rocker cover bolt holes. Complete, it was mounted on an IO-550-N engine for 1100 hours, but I don't think it was ever plugged in.
