It will, fits TIO-541E1B4 and E1C4, I had it for my duke before I sold it P211 N68CR

Well dang - just when I thought I found a spare governor - it appears this will will not work with my prop synrcophaser.
Thank you Sherman - looking forward to your other spare Duke parts.
