Does the 3308 have the 2.3 software and is there any delamination of the screen
around the edges?

FWIW, when I had a KT76A in my Baron it was a 14v unit powered through 10Ω 50W power resistor hanging on the backside of the tray. The installation manual say that's part of a voltage changeover kit pn 050-01578-0000 and that the resistor should be mounted on the firewall, away from the radio stack. BK also made 28 to 14 volt converters for KX170 comm radios and that would work too.

If you already have the mounting trays for KT76As in your airplane, the resistors are probably also there somewhere.

It's a 14V unit. Condition and appearance are great. PM me and I'll get you some pictures if you'd like.
