Ready to get away to mountains out of the cities, or a get away place? Upgrades to Lakefront lot for sale or partial trade. Installed driveway, cleared house site and added “Lake Gazeebo” down by water. Has screened in area and lake storage. In gated community. Dropped 40K in these upgrades.

Consider partial trade on A/B 36 Bonanza, F33A, 80’s to mid 90’s preferable. Late 90’s early 2000’s Mooney Ovation, Bravo, 182S, T182T, ..Consider others. Been away from flying for a couple years and looking to start back.
