Can I add extra cable to the antenna if needed? Thanks
You really shouldn't and probably won't need to. Most of the time, the loss in the longer cable offsets the gains from moving the antenna. There are a few cases where it's appropriate, but they're very specific.
About 5% of SwitcheOn users have needed an antenna and of those, I think or 2 or 3 needed a cable extension. It works for the vast majority of people just like it comes.

I will have 15 Two Channel 15 amp devices ready to ship on Tuesday. Four Channel 15 amp and Four Channel 20 Amps will continue to drop ship from the manufacturing facility as they become available. If you are going to use a cabin heater with SwitcheOn, I highly recommend the Tanis 500 watt cabin heater. The $30 ceramic heaters really push the 15 amp SwitcheOn to the limit versus the Tanis device that does not. I run the Tanis cabin heater in my Bonanza for several hours before I go flying so everything is nice and warm. www.gallagheraviationllc.com/Switcheon- ... _c_50.html <—- Buy SwitcheOn here http://Www.gallagheraviationllc.com/tanis <—- Buy the Tanis cabin heater here

I ordered a two channel and got it working yesterday. It’s controlling my engine heat pad. I was concerned as I have intermittent cell phone access, particularly inside the metal hangar. I used the strength indicator on my phone to search in the hangar and generally got 2 or occasionally one bar. I used a ladder to access the elevated fiberglass panel and got 3 bars. I constructed a 2x4 mount and it works great. I love it!

In order to justify a run of circuit boards, I need to build at least 100. I'm collecting interest now and as soon as I've got enough people positively interested in a specific sensor, I'll build the board. The leader right now is external thermocouples. I've got about 30 folks that have asked for that. If we get to 50, I'll build the boards.

He was simultaneously quality checking product and filling his diaper. I hope all of the crap ended up in the diaper and not in a shipping product.
