Getting them out as quickly as we can build them. How many SwitcheOns do you think fit in a VW GTI?

Are you now offering free personal delivery, anywhere in the country? If so, I've got a friend in Alaska I'd like to buy one for :)

Driving to ups gives us 3 more hours to build.

Needed to use the bigger car for today’s.

How many do you think fit in an Acadia?

I think you're about spot on actually. I haven't filled it yet. Yesterday was 62 units and that was about half full. I'll probably get a chance to fill it Tuesday.

Hi James

My apologies if my question has already been asked.

For our Cessna 310:

We have two “Ez-heat” engine heaters that use 300 watts each.

We also have a space heater for the cabin that can draw 1500 watts. Total 2100 watts.

I wonder if the “Switcheon” product will handle the load?

Thanks

John

Hi John,

The 20 Amp SwitcheOn 4 channel device will be able to handle that load assuming you have a 20 amp outlet. I must note that electrical code recommends no more than 80% total load for continuous use, so 16 amps. That space heater pulling 1500 watts is a ton of power and a lot of heat. I’d use the lower setting on the space heater and just turn it on longer before use. I also sell a 500 watt Tanis cabin heater that was designed for airplane cabins. It is very well engineered and I feel much more comfortable running that continuously instead of the space heater I used to have in there.
