My partner received the four channel and reports it works great.
Is it possible to add another device/user without access to the QR code? The website FAQs mention that you can scan the code or “use the code from another user”.
Can you explain how that works? I’ve downloaded the app. I’d like to add the device but I don’t have access to the QR on the box.
Thanks John, Can you not physically access the box? Multiple devices can control the same box. You can make the QR code reappear by unplugging the box and plugging it back in. For the first five minutes after you plug it in, the box screen will cycle between the QR code and the box status. If you can’t physically get to the box to scan it then we might be able to manually add it for you but I’ll have to confer with Sean on that one.

They can scan it right from your phone. Or, you can screenshot it and email it to them, or you can even print the screenshot if you're so inclined and physically mail it to them.
