1979 A-36 Bonanza Battery wires are 2 AWG red and black M22759/16-2 TEFZEL wire. Battery flag terminals are heavy duty Burndy YBM2CL2 sealed with ResinTech RT125, unless the owner specifies original light duty AMP 321064. MS-20659 heavy duty lugs for remaining terminals, with DWP-125 flexible epoxy lined heat shrink for insulation support. Includes .125" wide MS35489-41 battery box grommets.

Battery Ground (2 AWG black, flag terminal) P2A2N - 23”
Start Solenoid (2 AWG) to Starter K3A2 - 26”

Hi Michael,
I'm interested in your product. When we R&R an engine, we do a lot of extras to improve cosmetics and bring the electrical system into the 21rst century.

We clip all the old zip-ties, remove old cushion clamps, individually clean each wire, inspect all terminals and install new terminal boots. We replace wiring as necessary, but the larger gauge wires make me nervous, especially those with flag terminals; I've never felt warm and fuzzy about crimping them myself, so we hire an avionics shop to do it.
Everything gets the most sanitary routing and secured with new cushion clamps and hardware. It's really amazing to see the difference a little extra effort and some new hardware can make an installation "pop".

If I could buy a kit like you posted, I will consider this as a common option for my customers. Are your products PMA, or do I provide the old wiring/cables and/or specifications to be duplicated as owner produced parts (with owner participation)?

Hello Del,

Beech wiring diagrams do not provide lengths. Cessna’s wiring lengths aren’t the most sanitary, typically too long. It’s best to send the old wiring or measurements. You may prefer certain wires shorter than factory.

Wiring isn’t required to be PMA’d. Owner produced parts should satisfy any compliance requirements. All of my materials, processes and tooling comply with AC43.13-1B Chapter 11. I provide crimp depth micrometer and wire manufacturer certs upon request.

Displayed kit can be modified per request. I can build whatever you need.
