I have a great set of Ruddervators for early model Bonanzas that have been inspected and approved personally by Poplawski as being in excellent condition. They are temporarily stored at his shop and would make perfect replacements or a great "insurance policy" and investment for your Bonanza's prized tail feathers. I'd planned to keep these for spares, but other issues cause the need to sell some of my backup parts.
He has also checked the balance, which is well within limits, and can be modified as needed for your particular year model (limited to early models, meaning before they changed to the "pointed weights" design on later Bonanzas).
Although, it would not be required that Mr Poplawski strip and paint them to your preference of colors, it would be highly recommended because (as most of you BeechTalkers have known for years) he is literally one of the most esteemed and experienced Bonanza paint men on the planet. The current paint is white with silver and maroon accents, in very good condition, and could be flown as they are, if you wanted to wait on a repaint.
I had my current Ruddervators done as preventive maintenance when the parts got scarce, and they were so stunning, I ended up getting him to do the rest of my control surfaces! Made me almost want to get the whole plane painted but decided to keep it the Classic Bonanza polished aluminum with red accents.
Asking 5k for the set. PM for more details about payment, pickup, shipping, etc...
Thanks!
