Here is an Aerolite vs WAT Parmetheus Pro PAR-36 size and I think the photos speak for themselves. I wanted to get the drone up into the air but it was gusting to 25 with temps in the mid thirties and raining so I elected not to fly it :). Also, the ambient light around the airport didn't help. I need to find a less bright spot to do this test again. With darker places comes its own challenges. I edited the photos in photoshop to balance the color a little bit because both lights have different color temperature, which threw off my DSLR sitting on a tripod while taking the photos. As you can see, the camera never moved for perspective.

I shipped out several of the PAR-36 Parmetheus Pro LED landing lights this weekend and I have 6 in my inventory right now. The PAR-36 size will fit in the nose of most Bonanzas (assuming you haven't modified the nose to accept a PAR-46 size light).

The Pro came with the merger of Whelen and Lopresti. The Pro coming from Lopresti and the Plus from Whelen. The Pro's certification basis was via an STC while the Plus' basis was PMA and STC. The philosophy behind it was that the Pro was aimed at Part 25 turbine aircraft so they wanted to steer where the STCs are going for that crowd. So to install a Plus you can file a 337 or install it via the PMA. With the Pro you have to file a 337 because it is only STC'd.
