I have a used Garmin 496 for sale, with the XM "hockey puck" receiver, and accessories. The unit is in overall good condition, and still has great battery life. I just turned it on and it has over 5 and a half hours of battery life left. The only possible issue is that the cable to the XM antenna is a little frayed around where it goes into the "hockey puck". I have it wrapped up in electrical tape, and it doesn't affect the operation at all. The database is long expired. It has some scratches on the screen, but they aren't visible with the unit turned on.
It comes with the Cigarette lighter power cable, the remote GPS antenna, the aforementioned XM receiver, the "bean bag" mount and a wall wart for plugging the cigarette lighter into for charging purposes.
I used this exclusively for XM weather, and it worked great for that purpose.
Asking $325, with free shipping anywhere in the lower 48.
