For Sale:
Low Time Garmin 430W with terrain.
Available April 15th. Will take a $200 deposit with funds transfer via check or money order.
GPS is located in Ohio, anybody is welcome to take a look at it.
If you want to bring your plane south of Cleveland, Ohio I can install it for you. PM me and we can work the details out.

I'm not sure it is dual. Will pull it to check. Currently installed in a 14V system.
