I purchased this cellular engine preheater controller from someone here on BT last fall, and used it last winter on the T-Mobile network. I no longer need it, so it's for sale.

This is a Witura brand controller, which is the type sold by the folks at Tanis.

This unit will switch up to 1800W, so might even be good for both engines on a twin.

Note: This is a 2G cellular device. Not all cellular networks support 2G devices, however, the T-Mobile and Sprint networks still do.
