Based on my ruddervator tracker, which is based on the "Bad news for Vtail thread," here are the four types of ruddervators.

1947-1950 model years
1951-1956 model years
1957-1963 model years
1964-1982 model years

With all the doom and gloom talk about ruddervators, it is interesting to note that these haven't sold. It's a great price (fair for buyer and seller).
Also interesting to note the C thru G skins remained in stock at Textron for many months with no change in published quantities. I haven't checked Textron stock in 3 or 4 months, so it may have changed.
After reading and participating in the "Bad news for V tails" thread, among others, it becomes obvious that the demand doesn't appear to be there. It would seem that with the number of V tails still flying, there would be a market.
After eating this well seasoned, half baked crow, I must step back and agree with Arnie.

Since I can't find a waving emoji, I'll go with this :whiteflag:

Seriously though, if Chris W.s ruddervators aren't selling, and Textron stock stayed at 21 skins for months after this became a "thing", I have to question how lucrative this could be for an aftermarket producer to chase.

I really do hope a solution will become available, but now having a difficult time seeing the ROI, especially when coupled with the perceived/real liability.

These ruddervators will fit any E-Series Bonanza from 1951-1956 per ABS Tech Assistance.

If they would fit my k35, I would but them NOW, with a 10% finders fee to Del.... (because he Spent considerable time helping me understand what I have and what will fit my plane. Plus he did some in-depth parts searches for me... typical Del stuff)

But they don’t....

Why not? You'd have to rebalance them for the earliest bird's specs, like Mike Thompson mentioned on pg 1, but after that they're good to go on a straight 35, A35, or B35.

Physically the ruddervator assembly is the same for straight 35 through G35. The horn and tab is different LH vs RH and they balance differently depending on which model you're putting it on, but the skin, spar and riveted ruddervator assembly is the same unless your drawings are better than mine. :D
