I am selling a pristine Sandel SN3308 EHSI with WAAS software version 2.30.
14/28 Volt.
Connects to the AIRINC 429 interface to your WAAS GPS and provides all required annunciations and vertical guidance--i.e., LPV RNAV approach glideslopes.
The version 2.30 software upgrade costs, I believe, $3,200 from Sandel ($1,500 repair flat fee plus $1,700 for the software).
This is a clear display unit and the screen is flawless. Includes a new bulb (already installed), tray, backplate and all connectors.
Click on images to see in correct orientation. The camera work is what caused some of the ghosted or blurry images. The screen looks beautiful in front of you.
This item was originally purchased for an avionics change, but we decided to go a different route. Original images included.

For someone with steam gauges (I just added a GNX 375 and a PIREP will be forthcoming this weekend after i fly with it), what is the install cost of one of these units vs installing a G5?
I have an STEC 30-2 A/P with GPSS. If the install costs are not too much, this seems like a good deal.
