According to my avionics dealer, the Class 3 can't display synthetic vision on the primary device. Too much of the system's memory and processing power is taken up by the built-in integrity monitoring processing that a Class 3 unit requires.
A 2nd Aspen unit can be configured with synvis if desired.
It does everything else the Pro does except that. It does not require a SIM card as a result. It's a fixed configuration in the config module for anything that's coded in.
Designed for aircraft over 6,000 Lbs, they're about $5-7k more to purchase than a standard Aspen.

Hi Alan, when you say 2 complete systems, is there 3 screens each system or just the main PFD for sale? I see just one screen in the pictures presented. Thanks
