Just curious, how do the thermocouples work? Where do they plug into in the main hub? Thermocouples require an expansion card and replace one of the outlet ports with a sensor port connection. All the boxes have the internal expansion port, so it can be a field upgrade once I do a production run of the hardware. I'm still feeling out the market for what expansion devices people want before I commit to building the necessary couple hundred units. I also have some licensing deals in the works that might justify building a run of various expansion cards. If somebody buys units and expansions in bulk for a custom application, I'll make the cards available to single users as well.

Absolutely fabulous support from Sean this morning!!!! My new SwitcheOn box arrived yesterday afternoon. I had it working very quickly and effortlessly as others have already reported. Fantastic was the word! Then this morning, it didn’t respond at all. Wow! FWIW, I live in the mountainous, Four Corners portion of CO, and I have VERY poor cell signal strength at my hangar site. I now realize, at best, using only the small antenna provided, that the box was experiencing only intermittent signal reception from my very distantly located cell site. Fast forward: Sean answered my e-mail contact request by calling me personally, and did so within mere minutes of receiving the e-mail this morning! He promptly accessed the box remotely and determined that a software update that should have been automatically loaded upon activation yesterday didn’t happen due to my very marginal cell signal level. So, he forced an update remotely. Note: This particular update is very important for users like me because it addresses such low signal locations like mine with a fix that makes a definite improvement in the box’s ability to work reliably with weaker cell signals.Normally, upon activation a new box will download this important update with no extra interaction. In my case, this didn’t happen. It worked last night without this particular update, but this morning’s cell signal level was just too weak to communicate with the box without it.
