What do you think the value of the steel might be? The quotes for teardown have been $38-40k. The annual rent is $30k. I would not guess the steel is that valuable, but I'm not sure.

I think if you want to sublet that makes you a commercial operator. That comes with some pretty high insurance requirements. I can dig up the minimum standards if you want me to confirm.


6-8 bucks per 100lbs on the steel.

As a pilot and aircraft owner I can say with absolute certainty that there will always be negative chatter on government oversight when said pilot or aircraft owner does not get everything they want. :)
