A friend of mine in Austraila has a brand new ART 2100 R/T that his customer no longer wants and he asked me to see if anyone on BT is interested. I don't know if it comes with a warranty but I think it does. He's looking for 75% of the list price which comes to $21,000.

Actual price is $15,000 for the R/T, $16,000 with the KMD540 with freight from Australia paid by the buyer.

Edit: I forgot to add that Garth has a completed "wiring loom" and a KMD540 display to go with it but I don't know if that's included in the price (assuming the price is accurate). I expect to hear more about the price later, it's really early in the morning there now.

Please contact him directly if you're interested at:

If he's looking for 75% off of $21,000 that's an extremely good deal. I have the ART-2060 in my 340A (which is the ART-2100 on the ART-2000 base) and it works great with my GTN-750. The radar plate IS removable so if you have a 10" plate you want to use on it you can.

I paid $7000 just to upgrade from my ART-2000 to the ART-2060 from Duncan as a reference.

I'm still waiting to hear back from him WRT the offer price but I think it was 75% of the price for new which I found online for $28,000. Chances are it's negotiable though.

OK Garth got back to me this afternoon with better pricing. I updated the original post but am adding this one to clarify as this is a much better deal than I originally thought.

Again this radar is BRAND NEW, never installed and includes a 12" flat plate antenna.

The ART 2100 R/T price by itself is USD $15,000. For $16,000 he'll include the KMD540.
The wiring harness was made for a Lear 35/36 and should work in most twins. But it connects the R/T to a KMD540 so would need to be reworked for any other display.

Shipping cost to be paid by the buyer.
