Lightspeed customer service is great. Sent in a not so good unit and think they sent back a new old stock one. This one looks awesome perfect. Amazing customer support.

Just sent in and they repaired/refurbished the headset. ANC and bluetooth systems were verified and work great. Have not used in plane since received (new cups, headpiece, mic piece, etc). Please let me know if any questions/concerns.

$450 shipped. Have a great day!
