My neighbors are selling their home at 70T (North Fort Worth). Open house is May 3 from 2-4pm. 237 Graben Lane Rhome Texas 76078.

Runway is 2800'x75' (99' between runway lights) grass with pilot controlled lighting. I fly my Bonanza and Cessna 140A off of it. We also have a Baron 55 on the field, a Staggerwing, a T-6, etc. There was once a Beech 18 and a DC-3 based here so the runway is strong and smooth enough for most anything you could want to fly in.

With the market the way it is I am worried about an out of state, non-pilot type, buying the property and not caring or supporting the airpark. The hangar used to house a Cessna 210 and a Waco and has 2 doors so you could put planes tail to tail and never need to move one out of the way to go flying. There is a nice pool and outdoor patio/cooking area

I am not affiliated in any way, just hoping to find the right person to be my neighbor!

Sir-
I empathize. My wife flies a Cardinal and I a Bonanza. We have a real comfy heated hangar here in Vermont but the winters get kind of nippy and flying iffy. Snow birds are probably not what is in the best interest of your field but I have to admit…it is tempting…
