This is an AirWolf Oil Filter Cutter for spin-on aviation oil filters, used only a few times. It works great and I’ve been able to open filters without having to use a vise, meaning it can be done over a tray so no oil spills. Aircraft Spruce gets $158.75+shipping, asking $95 plus shipping.
