Man these things work great. Our airport has one it can do anything. We put a towbar with pintle on the other end of it too.

I have two of these types of tugs.
I've owned one like this AirHorse for 16 yrs., perhaps a little better condition with the bullet proof Kohler engine as yours has. I installed LED lights on both mine. I also have a newer "Tiffin Aire John Deere Tug" model and I certainly wouldn't sell either for the little amount your asking. These things are the absolute best for moving Citations/King Airs on down to a 172 in tight spaces in any weather, I've never had a breakdown. Just fantastic machines. That's a great buy, add a shiny paint job it would look like new! Perfect if someone needs to lower their tail to get into a hangar too.
I've had all kinds of gas/electric/battery tugs and these tugs are my favorite overall in over 50+ yrs. of flying. Years ago Todd Sanderson sold his AirHorse with a new Honda motor for over $14,000+ after he had it totally refurbished by a guy in southern Indiana.

Since the tractor is an amputee, does it come with its own handicap parking tag?
