These were factory installed on my G35 68 years ago and have never been bent. The airplane still flies straight as an arrow and I got tired of catching my shirt tail on them when I walk by. Free to a good home.

I could really use them on my F35 if you still have them.

Damn, I tossed them in the trash just the other day. I’ll check to see if I can retrieve them but doubt it. If successful, I’ll let you know.

Sorry David, I just looked and they are out in the large dumpster already. I should of held onto them longer but was cleaning up and reasoned that since these things were hand built, the rivet spacing probably wouldn’t line up anyway. Easy to fabricate your own and replace as a minor repair.

We take these OFF in the Twin Bonanza world. Dissimilar metals cause the magnesium to eventually corrode where they mate.

My ailerons are aluminum but that reminds me of an interesting finding when I took them off. They were installed into a wet coat of zink chromate primer.
