Only if they come with the high friction mini self locking nuts and extra long thread wore out Phillips head screws.

LOL. Those are long gone. I found them being secured with an AN3 with a lock nut. I spent 2 hours trying to get them off without having to use a grinder. It was easier to call up Arrell and have them send me a fist full of used normal seat stops for .1 AMUs vs using the correct hardware.
