Complete with everything it came with plus a bare wire mount. The 795 is for ADSB weather and traffic as opposed to the 796 which is for XM. Databases are not current. Works fine and I was using it until I replaced it with a 760 recently ($1,550). $650 plus actual shipping cost.

I just saw an ad for one of these from Skyman Avionics for $1,159. Either I am a little low or he is sky high (or maybe a little of both). Anyway, it is still available.

Tempting to replace the 696 in my Cardinal. It already has a GDL39. Would give me the newer 6xx/7xx interface design and a much improved display. Let me ask my shop about the swap.

I had it working with a GDL 39 3D and later with a Garmin 345 R transponder. Worked great with both.

Nice. The Cardinal has both the GDL39 (for the 696) and a GTX330ES (for the 530W/430W pair). I added a Flightstream 210 a while back to talk to ForeFlight, so the 39 provides traffic and weather to iPads too.

Waiting for a call back from the shop, trying to figure out what minimum labor effort they’ll demand to sign off on the change. It seems to me it should be relatively painless since the serial connection to the 39 can be replaced with Bluetooth, but I’m sure they’ll tell me something I’ve overlooked.
