This KI-209 is visually in good condition. Circuit for LOC/GS works properly. VOR accuracy is about 20 degrees off and I have troubleshot it down to internal to KI-209. Removed last week from my panel. The OBS card moves freely, both flags work properly and the both needles work properly. Backlight works. Note the picture of the KI-209 installed is tuned to the same LOC freq. as the HSI above it, same indications. This unit will work in 14v or 28v system.
