My Father in law has moved his airplanes to a different hangar and is listing his old Hangar at KCOE Coeur d’Alene for sale. Specs: -60’ x 80’ -Openings are 55’ x 16’ Hydroswing door -Rear RV opening with door 12’ x 12’ -Heated and Insulated -Recently built mezzanine for more storage -Bathroom -(2) man/escape doors -Outdoor sewer hookups for RV/Trailer, etc $600k obo Contact David at: 559-906-0710 moxleyd@msn.com

looks nice, just a suggestion, you might get more interest if you lay out the land-lease terms
