Up for sale is a Trans-Cal model SSD120-30N altitude encoder, working when removed from our Mooney. This unit outputs gray code as needed by the legacy transponders. It does not have the additional 9-pin D-sub receptacle for the RS232 outputs as used by the modern transponders.

This is the smallest lightest altitude encoder out there and they are quite reliable with about 10 years MBTF. If you have one of this age, here is an opportunity to get a spare at a bargain price.
