These are the current production A36 wing tips with the LED lighting (that probably costs a gazillion dollars) from our friends at Textron. Includes the fences.
As new.
Will usually fit most, if not all 36,35,33.

I bought them from someone that did add tip tanks. I sold the airplane that I was going to put them on.

They're LED, which have the power supply built in I believe.

They don't require a separate power supply like a strobe as I understand it.

It’s my understanding that 24v power is all that’s necessary. No power supplies. That’s part of the allure of LEDs v Strobes.

Too bad the Deb is 14V. I don’t think the LEDS would perform well

the 12v Orion units from Whelen are great. much brighter than the parts that were replaced, and no external power supplies.
