1978 10,800 Hours TT Non Lump Phase 1-4 due in 19 months Non Lump Phase 5 due in 29 months All Inspections current Incredible blank check maintenance pedigree Complete logs No known damage history No liens Not one speck of Corrosion (lived in the Midwest)
Probably the lowest time, latest overhauled motors I've ever seen: 2014 Standard Aero/Dallas Overhaul: 1580 SOH so 1970 hours remaining, hot due in 230 hours 2018 Standard Aero/Dallas Overhaul Overhaul: 1457 SOH so 2093 hours remaining, hot due in 343 hours These engines have all the latest and greatest parts and service bulletins with a lifetime of life limited parts remaining!
Our shop can handle the hots in a couple of years very reasonably.
Freon Air Rare 6 place cabin with double barrel seats Aft Baggage Virtually new paint and interior that is immaculate Almost new boots Medeco Door Locks Tires and Brakes are excellent No Fuel or hydraulic leaks, all fuel panels have been replaced and sealed Rosens Garmin 750, 430W, 345 w/ 33es backup, Avidyne 500 Garmin Audio Panel TCAS XM Weather Thrust Reversers
It's a no excuses airplane that anyone would be extremely proud to own.
End of year special is $660K, 100% depreciable in 2025 for business use. Airplane is owned by me and at X60.
