I'm in the area and in the market but capped at 150. Looking for a nice Debbie/Viking. Yours is beautiful and the TKS in the PNW, awesome. Good luck.

I assume you've heard that paying more up front for a well maintained airplane that's equipped the way you want is a lot less expensive in the long run compared to something you got at below average market values.
