Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N400SR, which is a 1976 Beechcraft B55 Baron. N400SR is owned by a BeechTalk member and it is based on Long Island in NY at KISP.
Simply put, N400SR is one of the nicest B55's that I have ever seen (and this is the second time I am selling it so I am very familiar with its history and pedigree). It is incredibly low time with 1999 TT and 278 SMOH and 278 SPOH. The engines were overhauled by Victor Aviation by the previous owner and run "turbine smooth" from what I have been told.
The avionics on this plane are incredible with its G500, GTN 750, GNS 430W, GFC 600, dual ADS-B out transponders, GDL 88, GDL 69A, GMA 350, Flight Stream 510, EDM 790 and 406mhz ELT.
Other upgrades/features include alcohol propellers and windshield, GAMIjectors, vortex generators, large baggage door, dual yoke, G&D tinted window inserts, LED lights, and much more.
The paint is in great condition and the interior was done by Aviation Design (Tim Hallock) back in June 2016. Aviation Design's interiors have recessed headrests, carbon fiber recessed side panels, etc.
The only story or possible damage history is that there is a nose area repair from 1982 in the logbooks and while I think it was some sort of FBO towing incident, it is unclear exactly what happened.
N400SR is a turn-key absolutely gorgeous example of a highly-upgraded B55 Baron. I have pasted the spec sheet below along with a Dropbox link that will take you to the high resolution photo gallery (with 100+ photos), logbooks, and 337's. Please contact me any time to discuss this amazing B55 Baron. Thank you!
