Latitude Aviation is proud to represent N29DL, which is a 1976 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza based in Asheville, NC at KAVL with no known damage history. N29DL is owned by a long-time BeechTalk member.
N29DL has the Atlantic Aero IO-550-R upgraded engine. This is a tuned induction engine that puts out 310hp and has a 2000 hour TBO, new carbon fiber 2-piece nose bowl, and stainless steel exhaust. It transforms the A36 and gives it incredible performance - the current owner reports up to 184 knots ROP and 170 knots LOP. Interestingly, this aircraft was owned by Atlantic Aero in Greensboro NC for many years and was the test vehicle for this engine upgrade. As a result, the maintenance pedigree is outstanding.
The instrument panel has been upgraded over time with lots of improvements such as a Garmin G5, Skywatch active traffic, WX 500 Stormscope, GDL 88, Flight Stream 210, STEC 65 (with altitude pre-select), Apollo CNX 80 (predecessor to the GNS 480), EDM 830, 406mhz ELT, Aerospace Logic LCD fuel gauges, and more. The vacuum system has been removed from this plane as well.
Other great upgrades include D'Shannon tip tanks, D'Shannon aileron and flap gap seals, B&C standby alternator, Atlantic Aero cooling baffles, Approach Aviation SmartSpace extended aft baggage, speed brakes, LED lights, Alpine auxiliary landing lights, and a dual yoke.
N29DL's paint was redone by Advanced Aircraft Refinishers in 2010 and still looks stunning and spectacular despite it being 15 years old. The interior was redone by Atlantic Aero in 2004 and looks outstanding for its age given that it was completed 21 years ago.
N29DL's owner is also including many loose items and accessories with the sale of the aircraft and they are listed in the spec sheet below.
I have pasted the spec sheet below and it includes a Dropbox link to the high-resolution photo gallery (with 130+ photos), logbooks, 337's, and other documentation. Please email, text, PM, or call anytime to discuss N29DL. Thank you!
