Greg,
Very nice!
What is the CG at? Better yet, could you post a copy of the current W&B? I'm betting it's fairly far forward. 4 adults and baggage with 80 gals of fuel?

I have a lot of time in this one… in 00’s this was Jim Sander’s aircraft….former CFO of Hawker Beechcraft…He upgraded to the 550, then paint, then TAT & O2.
I picked it up from Ada after the TAT install… flew it to Denver, Santa Fe, Las Vegas, Iowa, Houston, Austin, Tennessee….
With O2 CG shouldn’t be an issue for anyone…
I have been waiting for this to come for sale since a few of Jim’s close friends were cut out of the sale process back ~15 years ago:-). I know it has changed hands a few times since then, but I missed it all prior listings.
