Latitude Aviation is proud to represent N228BE, which is an incredible low time 2009 Piaggio Avanti II. N228BE is owned by a long time BeechTalk member (who is only the second owner since new) and is based in Tulsa, OK. I advised the owner on the purchase of this Avanti a little over 4 years ago and it was a great airplane back then but the current owner has made it even better with some upgrades and then lavished it with an open checkbook approach to maintenance.

At 1891 hours, N228BE is likely one of (if not the) lowest time Avanti's here in the US. It was based in West Texas prior to the current owner's time with the aircraft and it has been based in Oklahoma for the past 4 years. All of the maintenance has been done by well-known and respected Avanti maintenance providers and the majority of the maintenance over the past 4 years has been done by Intercontinental Jet Service Corporation in Tulsa, which is a Piaggio Factory Service Center.

The most recent maintenance event in November was a big one and included an 1800 hour "C check" inspection, 5 year inspection, and hot section inspections. The propellers were overhauled in 1/2022 and the 12 year landing gear inspection/overhaul was performed in 10/2021. As a result, this Avanti is truly "turn key" for the next owner for a number of years.

One really nice upgrade that the current owner had installed shortly after his purchase is the LPV upgrade to the Collins Pro Line 21 system. This allows one to perform LPV approaches and is very valuable.

I have pasted a detailed spec sheet below and it includes a Dropbox link that will take you to a high resolution photo gallery with over 140 photos along with PDF's of the logbooks, maintenance status sheet, 337's, and some other documentation. Please reach out to me 24/7 to discuss this absolutely incredible example of a Piaggio Avanti II. Thank you!
