Thanks, Jim. I appreciate everything. I wouldn’t be selling, but I’ve had three eye surgeries and I’m having some major depth perception issues. Even though my medical is still good I think it’s maybe time to let somebody else enjoy this airplane that I’ve spent a lot of time and money on.

I see at STDBY ALT light. Does it have the B&C standby alternator or is this just a provision?
