Nah... I think you should list it for 130k... In fact, I can just send you a check for this right away and call it a day... Very plane BTW, It will sell fast. Check the prices around, or call a broker. Few good brokers around that will sale this plane right away. That engine sounds very strong.

Let's get a bidding war started.

I just looked and the new motor/prop/turbo actually only have 640 hrs on them. And the total time of the plane is actually only 4,650. And yes, I updated it with a price of $500k. I've created a listing on Trade-A-Plane for it- https://www.trade-a-plane.com/listing-m ... id=2438687

David,
You have done an incredible job with N6749G since I sold it to you 5 years ago! New engine, TN upgrade, new propeller, and new panel. It looks amazing. Good luck with the sale!
That said, N6749G had 5426 hours on the airframe when we closed in October 2019 so if you installed the new engine shortly after closing and if that engine has 650ish hours on it now, then the airframe total time is probably just shy of 6100 or so.

I had to deal with an appraiser who didn't total the times correctly on a partnership I was in. Keeping track of times is worse than balancing a checkbook, especially going back 6 or 7 decades and multiple books.
Beautiful and GLWS

Curious as to what aircraft you are replacing it with if you don't mind sharing.
