Hello all. I have for sale a cool rare STOL aircraft. It’s a 1995 PZL 104-80 Wilga. Eastern bloc legendary STOL aircraft. I imported it from Poland and have it registered with a normal certification FAA N number. Most of the (few) Wilgas you will find in the US are 104-35 models which can only be certified as exhibition or experimental class. 3400 TTAF, 705 TT engine. It has a MP-14 nine cylinder radial engine. Huge four place interior with lots of room and great external visibility. Rear seats can be removed to have extra large cargo area.
It has no damage history or corrosion and lots of documentation logbooks. It was used in Poland primarily for sightseeeing and glider towing.
The airplane is complete and hangared at KEVW (Evanston WY), approximately 55 minute drive from Salt Lake City, UT.
My original plan was have an AI that specialized in warbirds and radial engines sign off annual and fly it to Oshkosh this year, but he sold his business and new owner did not understand this type of plane.
Airplane is complete (in hangar) with wings and prop currently removed for transport. I can have wings and prop reinstalled for someone to fly it home, but it might be something someone wants to trailer so open to both options.
Pricing is difficult with this, the last 104-80 I saw for sale pre Covid sold for low 100k range. I’m starting price at 99k and open to reasonable offers. (It was quite the complex and costly project purchasing overseas, having dismantled and shipped over to the US!)
Right now one airplane is enough in this household! Thanks for any interest or leads you may have…

That is wicked cool looking and with the MP-14, it must climb like a homesick angel.
As for leads…. Vladimir Yastremski is an Eastern Bloc expert mechanic based in So Cal at Chuck Hall Aviation. He knows that MP-14 inside and out. Might want to reach out to see if he knows anyone that may be interested in buying it. He would be the guy to maintain it if someone in So Cal bought it. GLWTS

A Wilga with a Vendeneyev M-14P would be an outstanding performer.
