It's awesome that it has a fresh 10 years on the chute! Chutes have been taking 6-12 months to get on the list to get done, so this will certainly save someone some heartache. Thanks for getting it done before selling it.

I am a back country guy. I have a tricked out 182 with all the mods full glass panel the works. Thinking of moving back to something faster. Ex A36 guy. I have not considered a Cirrus. But your plane is an awesome value. I have to think about it. Can I land on grass with this thing?
